Anchorpus is an enemy found underwater in the Beach Gate levels of Drawn to Life.
Appearance
Anchorpus is a large octopus. His eyes resemble those of Wilfre, apart from being larger. He is quite a foe, as he takes four hits to defeat, and because of this there is always a pile of starfish nearby.
Attacks
- Anchor Slam: Anchorpus swings his anchor in front of him
- Anchor Fling: Anchorpus throws his anchor at the Hero
- Contact: Anchorpus touches the Hero
Etymology
The word "Anchorpus" is most likely a portmanteau of "Anchor" and "Octopus" alluding to the fact that it is an octopus-like creature that uses an anchor as a weapon.
