Health is a healing item in the Drawn to Life series.

Drawn to Life

In Drawn to Life, the player can take five hits before dying. Each time they take a hit, the Hero loses a bit of its drawing, following the order of arms, legs, body, and finally head.  If you are hit after that, your character loses a life and has to start that section of the level from the beginning.  If your character has 0 lives left when this happens, then a Game Over message will appear on the screen and you will have to start again from their last save point.

The appearance of the health item is that of a heart, and there are two kinds of health: small hearts which heal two hits, and large or full hearts which restore the Hero completely.

Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii)

In Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii), the health item is drawn by the player, and there is only one kind. This heals the hero completely.

Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter

If Hero gets hurt, the old mannequin parts will begin to show. Pick up this health item to repair damage done to Hero's body.

In Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter the player draws the heart, similar to the Wii version of the game. These hearts only heal one part of the Hero.  The order that you lose the parts of the drawing is the same as the first game (arms, legs, body, head).  If you are in Spider or Blob form, your amount of health left is shown in the top-left part of the screen and you lose a heart each time you take a hit, rather than losing part of your drawing.  Since there are no lives in The Next Chapter, you simply go back to the beginning of the section of the level you were in upon losing all of you life.
