Rose is the Mayor of Watersong and the mother of Miles.

Rose is a Raposa with orange fur and blond curly hair. She wears a purple and gold dress. She also wears a red rose in the left side of her hair.

Rose, the Mayor of Watersong, had the "power of song," like every Watersong mayor before her. The voice that ran through the bloodline of her family was perfected through every generation. For a long time, she amazed the citizens with her beautiful song. This changed when the color vanished. Wilfre, disguised as Salem, tricked Rose into a singing competition. Salem decided to make the contest "interesting" and used a Promise Conch so that the loser would lose their voice forever. Rose accepted the challenge, due to her vanity, and ended up losing. It was revealed that Salem cheated. He hid the Promise Conch and began to destroy the village.
Later, it is shown that Rose became weak after losing her voice, because the power of song is what supplies power to the people and town of Watersong. After finding the conch and giving her voice back, Rose decided that she was no longer worthy to be Mayor. She tried to transfer her voice and title to Miles. If the power of song was transferred, she would die. The Creator managed to prevent the song from going to Miles, and told her she is still needed.
Salem attacks her and Miles with his Ghosts, but was stopped when The Hero jumps into the fray. It is shown that The Hero, Mari and Jowee were planning on stopping Rose from transferring her voice, so they were there in time to save them from Salem.
If The Hero goes back to talk to her later in the game, she will thank them again.
At the end of the game she is shown with several other Watersong villagers praying to The Creator to save The Hero.
